Today’s book recommendation is good for writers who are beginning as well as those who have been honing their craft for 30 years; it is FANTASTIC, and I would be surprised if you did not find at least some helpful information. Full of good advice, the best of which being the constant reminder that “this is what works for me, it might not be what works for you”. It’s not meant as a step-by-step guide book, and it is fairly narrative and filled with examples; but it is one of the best (and most famous) books about the craft, and I found it very helpful. The edition I read had an addition at the back which had a rough draft with revisions, which was very useful. I recommend it!
